The flat collector H98 has an undivided selective coating (Full Face) and all the welding are completed by an automated laser line. It has been designed with a high thermal capacity and low pressure drop. In this way its efficiency is increased. The collector’s insulation cover is constructed by an undivided anodized aluminum section specially designed to be attuned with the rest of the parts by giving solidity and contributing to the preservation of its efficiency. It has a peripheral water flume in order to maximize the sealing and an extra flume to avoid humidity. There is a safety glass panel with low iron content (Low Iron) and high permeability (Clearlight) that increases the amount of solar radiation on the collector’s coating and as a result its efficiency. In conclusion, the collector has a double polyurethane-stone wool (hybrid) insulation, 50mm thick on the surface of the cover and 25mm on its sides. In this way, it achieves maximum thermal insulation (thanks to polyurethane) and protection of the insulation against overheating (thanks to the stone wool). The insulation is also protected by two aluminum panels that are installed on different levels on the cover. In this way, the insulation abilities are preserved at the same level for ever.

The cover of the collector is constructed by a special undivided pre-painted (UV protected color) metal sheet, which has a test certificate for endurance in near-coastal areas. It is specially designed to be attuned with the rest of the parts by giving solidity and contributing to the preservation of its efficiency. There is a safety glass panel with low iron content (Low Iron). The H80 has a Mistlight glass panel. In conclusion, the collectors have a powerful stone wool insulation designed not to create sprays at high temperatures. These sprays form a scale on the glass panel and decrease its permeability.
